At Couch & Decor, we value your satisfaction and aim to provide quality furniture and home accents that elevate your space. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy below to understand your options regarding returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellations
Custom Orders: Once a custom order has been placed and production has begun, cancellations are not permitted.

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock items may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

After 24 Hours: Cancellations after the 24-hour window are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

2. Returns & Refunds
Furniture: Due to the nature of large furnishings, we do not accept returns on couches, sectionals, or other large furniture items once delivered or picked up unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Decor Items: Decor and accessory items may be returned within 7 days of purchase, unused and in original condition, with the original receipt.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect all items upon delivery or pickup.

If damaged: Report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receipt.

Resolution: We will offer repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion based on the issue.

4. Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order furniture

Final sale or clearance items

Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence
